Our Mission

From Stray to Stay – Saving Lives and Improving Communities through Rescue, Foster and Adoption Programs

Feline Futures Care Foundation (FFCF) was organized in June 2024 by founders who have been rescuing cats and kittens for over a decade, to address the critical need for advocacy and care for community cats. Many of these cats, particularly kittens, can be socialized and prepared for adoption into loving homes. FFCF is dedicated to providing neutering and spaying services, foster homes, and adoption programs to reduce the community cat population and ensure as many cats as possible find their forever homes.

The foundation was created in loving memory of Bobbe, a remarkable community cat. As the runt of a litter devastated by Fading Kitten Syndrome (FKS), Bobbe never grew to full size and, at two years old, was no larger than a six-month-old kitten. Despite her challenges, Bobbe’s spirit remained unbroken. She faced numerous health battles with remarkable resilience and spunk. Her family (the founders of FFCF) found a diet that allowed her to thrive, and she quickly became the star of their household. Playful and full of joy, Bobbe brought endless happiness to her family. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly in 2024 after due to an undiagnosed heart condition. In her honor, the foundation was established to give other stray kittens the chance to become cherished members of loving homes.

  • Why she was named "Bob" - because of her resemblance to Robert Smith of The Cure.
